Address Change Process

Follow these steps to update your residential address on your insurance policy.

Address changes may affect your coverage or premium depending on your new location. Policy address changes can only be processed at the annual renewal date. You can however, submit it now for us to process later, the insurance provider only requires the update at the annual renewal date. If you are moving to another country, such as your homecountry, you may need to complete underwriting again.

Steps to Change Your Address

  1. Gather Required Information

    • Your policy number
    • Current address on file
    • New residential address
    • Planned move date
    • Proof of new address (if required)
  2. Submit Your Change

    • Log into your account
    • Navigate to “Policy Management”
    • Select “Update Address”
    • Enter your new address details
    • Review any coverage or premium changes
    • Confirm the update
  3. Verification Process

    • Submit any requested documentation
    • Review confirmation email
    • Update takes effect on specified date
